Anne-Sophie Rust is a Senior Counsel at Lex Thielen & Partners, advising clients on employment law, dispute resolution, and complex litigation matters.

She represents companies and individuals in high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes, as well as in proceedings before civil and administrative courts and arbitration tribunals. Anne-Sophie has extensive experience across the full spectrum of employment law, including day-to-day HR management, restructuring, collective bargaining, immigration and expatriation, and employment-related litigation.

Her practice combines advisory and contentious work, allowing her to support clients from the structuring of legal strategies through to courtroom representation. She is also experienced in commercial, banking, and corporate disputes, including shareholder conflicts, and works closely with the firm’s corporate team to deliver coordinated legal solutions.

Anne-Sophie is a mediator appointed by the Luxembourg Chamber of Trades and regularly assists clients in resolving disputes through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, with a strong focus on efficient and practical outcomes.

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2009.

Anne-Sophie holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance Law and a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg.

She works in French and English, with working knowledge of German.
